Refund policy

At HIFLYER Jewels, we take immense pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made grillz tailored to your unique style and dental impression. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we have the following refund policy in place:

Custom Grillz – No Refunds

All grillz are made to order using your dental impression and customization choices (metal type, stone settings, etc.). Because these are personalized and hygienic products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any grillz once an order is placed.

Exceptions – Manufacturing Defects Only

We only offer replacements or repairs under the following conditions:
    •    You received a damaged or defective product upon delivery.
    •    There is a clear error from our side (e.g., incorrect design, size mismatch from mold, etc.).

If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement:
    1.    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hiflyerjewels@gmail.com.
    2.    Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
    3.    Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your grillz order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, your mold or customization process may already be in progress, and cancellation will not be possible.

Non-Custom Products (if any)

For all non-custom jewelry items, our standard return policy applies:
    •    Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
    •    Product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
    •    Refund will be processed after inspection and approval.
